ABOUT US

Advaitha Ravishankar, the co-founder and creative head, launched Advait in 2020 after having graduated with a BA Honours from the London College of Fashion in 2019 and working with leading designers based out of London and Mumbai, such as Fyodor Golan and House of Masaba.

At Advait, we believe in pushing boundaries with every collection by bridging the gap between fine art and fashion with never seen before prints and an impeccable sense for colour and texture.

The focal point of the brand is our curiosity to explore textiles and materials using various mediums such as hand painting, surface manipulation and weaving, which are then digitally transferred onto fabric and reworked upon with 3D hand embroidery and appliqué. We have consistently nurtured our inquisitiveness for exploring art, with over a thousand paintings in our archive, all created in-house, that we con sistently refer to for future collections. The fabrics we use, such as Hemp, Bemberg, and Tencel, have always been sourced consciously, with all of our suppliers being certified.

Our commitment to art and textiles has made us stand out ever since our inception, having been consistently featured in magazines such as Vogue and Cosmopolitan as designers to look out for and are well loved among celebrities and influencers all over the world.
