Shipping Policy

We offer shipping for all orders within India at a flat rate of INR 100 for prepaid orders and INR 200 for CoD orders. Domestic orders are delivered anywhere between 15-17 business days due to the fact that all of our garments are made after receiving your orders and as per your specifications. Usually orders are shipped much quicker but this is a just-in-case. 

International Shipping

We offer shipping worldwide, rates will be calculated at the check out depending on your location. International orders will be delivered in 20 working days. 

Customs / Duties

Customs / duties / any additional charges (if any) are levied as the package reaches its destination country. Advait does not take any responsibility for any additional charges, nor will we be aware of them as they solely depend on the destination country. If you would like to know more about any duties or taxes that might be applicable in your country, we recommend reaching out to your nearest customs office with any inquiries you may have.

COD / Failed Deliveries

We do offer an option for Cash on Delivery (CoD) on all our products at an additional charge of Rs 200.

For any packages that were failed to be delivered due to the customer not being available, incorrect contact details, multiple failed attempts to reach you, or refusal to pay -  Advait does not take responsibility for the same or the shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order upon your request. If your order is returned and you wish for it to be shipped again, you will have to bear the shipping fee.  

Cancellations

In case you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order via email at info@advaitindia.com
